1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EasyBOQ, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. License and Use Restrictions

EasyBOQ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the restrictions that follow. You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials on the Service
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your access or use
• Harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person
• Obscene or offensive content related to race, nationality, religion or gender
• Interrupt the normal flow of dialogue within our platform

When you create an account with EasyBOQ, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant EasyBOQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such User Content.

You warrant and represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit and that the content does not violate any third-party rights.

The Service and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio) are owned by EasyBOQ, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright and other laws.

IN NO EVENT SHALL EASYBOQ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyBOQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
